What is here is good - what was left out should not have been left out by the author (he expects others to flesh out the specifics like maps, major npc stats, etc... that would have made this a complete package)

I can see the challenges in designing an adventure for a system where characters can travel between entire worlds. But the adventure itself is a little too straightforward for my tastes. However I think it could be readily improved by adding specific enounters or sub-plots/adventures in each potential world. Hence the general 'seek and destroy' mission could be undertaken and could serve as the backdrop for other stories that occur en route. Giving the players a real feel of travelling around the universe getting involved in bizarre and multifarious situations. If the writer can demonstrate a wider imagination for such, his next adventure could be a great one.
