| Agar's Payment | | Author: aubricker@aol.com | | System: AD&D 2nd Edition | | Category: Fantasy | | Type: Hook | | The Good Hills area is civilized, and despite recent troubles it is mostly safe from major humanoid raids and similar threats. Still, there are some ancient burial grounds of unknown origin in the area. The Keoish would rather "let sleeping evils lie" and generally have the good sense to leave such things alone, but adventurers are another matter. | | Views: (13829) | | Comments: (13) Rating: 7.6 | | 2000-01-27 10:32:01 |

This would definitely be a good adventure for a low level group to use for a side trek. The location that the village is in offers it as a possible starting point for later adventures as well. (Ancient Barrows, mines, history of humanoid raids). With a little work in fleshing out the inhabitants of the village, this could really work well. |

The idea is original, and just enough information has been given to allow a DM to flesh out the rest of the details. It is also a great way to send the PCs on their next adventure - all you have to do is change the manner of Agar's death so that it leads the PCs in that direction. Great job! |
