Heh - Random encounters should most certainly be original - unless the DM's intention is to kill the party with boredom. Anyway - some nice little quirky touches in terms of the raiders possessions etc, and I think the author could produce something interesting if they had a mind to invest in sharing a whole adventure with us. Until then there isn't nearly enough here to get teeth stuck into. But to end on a positive note - I'd be interested to read a longer submission from Ms Harker with a few more twists to it.

Used it in a series of D20 adventures for a solo jedi, and it worked.
