Nice idea and easily used in any system. Simply give each characters 25 StuffPoints(tm) to equip. I allways like it when the characters are poor enough to take the time to steal gold teeth and nice leather boots from their foes ;)

Not a bad hook. I'm always a big fan of hooks that leave a character without a lot of possesions and struggling for their lives.

The basics are not bad... but I'm a really a fan of the scramble scenario...
