Looks like fun - good interaction. Should be relatively easy to adapt to other SF systems (I've not heard of BLUE PLANET and will now be looking out for it!) or to use as a stand-alone freeform game.

I like this even more than your other one, and can easily use the bulk of it in my upcoming water world adventure (plus a few of my own twists of course!)
