A crackpot inventor (Saurat Dibbler, brother of the famous CMOT Dibbler) has plans to fit Implamps round Ankh-Morpork to "make the streets safe to walk at night", he also stands to make a small fortune if the installation goes ahead as he is the only manufacturer of them.
