It's a great adventure.I played as an stand alone hero (using Nightwing), and I really enjoy it.

I redid the story for my Gurps supers it was a lot of fun.

Very nice - I like the use of the more obscure characters, such as Heller. He makes a great villian.

For increased complexity you could introduce a black vigilante who feels justified in killing Heller - and perhaps even his more niave followers.

Another darker tone to take it would be that Self Sufficiency isn't just about selling drugs - but also about poisoning urban blacks. It would have to be handled in a delicate matter, but a mature group could find some interesting RPGing based on this supposedly urban myth (that the CIA intentionally used drugs to destroy the black resistance movement in the 60s).

Regardless, well done!

It reads like a fun adventure, but it seems a little bit too much oriented to just the detective/thief character at the beginning. I wonder if the more physically oriented characters wouldn't find it a little boring and frustrating till the time they reach the warehouse. I'm gonna try this adventure using DC Heroes rules, and I'll post again after that to let you know the results.
