a very good adventure for 1.level chars...i had fun of being the master for this adventure, and my players enjoyed the mood of the haunted tower

Very nice. Simple, straightforward, and to the point. No fighting required with a diplomatic solution preferable. I'm thinking having the ghost curse/destroy the remaining items is a better alternative than deciding they're there or not based on the party decision. The items are there. Whether they are cursed or not is the reward. Makes things more realistic in my opinion. Like this adventure outline a lot.

Mood and setting are scary. Dealing with a ghost brings many connotations to the players mind that may not apply here.

Short adventure, easy to slot into most campaigns. PCs do not always like being railroaded into adventures though...the "you must retrieve your own magic items" gambit must be used sparingly in my opinion.
