A Journey Through The Planes
Author: Dominic A. Covey
System: D&D Planescape [filter]
Category: Fantasy [filter]
Type: Scenario [filter]
This scenario was developed in the same light as the PLANESCAPE computer game, but if you liked that epic, you’ll love this too. At least one character (the “starring role”) plays a clay automaton in the form of a babau, who begins the adventure without memories and must learn, through his travels across the twisted planes, his true identity and purpose in the Multiverse. With continually-developing powers and a mysterious curse that possesses him with each new danger and adventure, the babau and his motley group of newly-acquired other-planar friends (including an arcanaloth, a metal robot, and an incubus) must discover the secrets behind the babau’s creators and put them to rest once and for all!

Author: Klancy Kennedy
System: Generic [filter]
Category: Fantasy [filter]
Type: Scenario [filter]
Sinister, enganging plot involves a powerful tool fallen into the wrong hands. Only the players can set things right. They have a piece of the tool, but first they have to figure out how the tool works, why two opposing forces are persuing them, whom to trust, and what to do next. Murder, accusation, betrayal, diplomacy, combat, and constant mystique force the players to make incredibly difficult decisions. If you love to see your players think, this plot is for you.

Return to Treasure Island
Author: Simon Lee
System: d20 Dungeons and Dragons [filter]
Category: Fantasy [filter]
Type: Scenario [filter]
On dark nights when the rain lashes at the shutters of The Spyglass Tavern and dogs howl in fear of the sea, old Elijah steps forward to tell his tale. He speaks of Balthazar Ash, a pirate who buried his treasure on a remote island and then sailed his ship out of human ken. With a swig on his bottle and a growl, Elijah cautions those who would seek the treasure of Balthazar Ash: "Ther is only one map that shows where the treasure is hid, and if ye is wise ye would stay away from buried riches. For it is said that the ghosts of men long dead haunt ther hoards, and none can pass such demons and live."

A Slight Distraction
Author: Morgan Rodwell
System: AD&D 2nd Edition [filter]
Category: Fantasy [filter]
Type: Hook [filter]
The adventure was written to take place in the city of Redspan, in the Duchy of Tenh, during Harvester 585 CY, but could easily be placed in just about any city in the northern Flanaess. The city should be fairly good sized, with a mediocre watch at best, and all the guilds one would expect in such a city, including a source of mercenaries and an assassins guild.

The Secret Of Bone Hill - L1 Dungeon Module
Author: TSR
System: AD&D 2nd Edition [filter]
Category: Fantasy [filter]
Type: Scenario [filter]
The adventures in this module take place in or near the town of Restenford, a fishing port on the Isle of Lendore's southernmost peninsula. The entire island is not depicted in the maps in this module, but all pertinent features are detailed. Lendore Isle is covered with vegetation of all kinds and enjoys a mild climate, varying from semi-tropical warmth in the north (heated by the prevailing warm-water currents) to a more temperate and seasonal south. The island, as are all the Spindrift chain, is populated by scattered communities of humans, demi-humans, and humanoids.

Evil Adventures in an Evil World
Author: Alexander Wallis
System: d20 Dungeons and Dragons [filter]
Category: Fantasy [filter]
Type: Campaign [filter]
Virtue itself is a danger in such a place...

A merciless campaign setting including faction and adventure concepts, capable of coping with both good and evil aligned PC's.

As with my much debated 'The World Tree' campaign - this is only suitable for DM's who already have an imagination, just need a few 'sparks' and don't expect me to do all their work...

Includes some adult and sexual themes which some may find offensive or blasphemous.
