It is midsummer and the snow from the surrounding mountains has mostly melted. There are puddles on the muddy streets as well as running in rivulets off the houses and along the gutters. There are a few people about and the city has a hurried, blaming atmosphere, which you can feel as you walk about the docks...
The first thing of interest the PCs see is a tattoo parlor. A salty sign depicting a heart with a needle piercing it, swings above the door. Stolander to follow some crawler tracks found on the edge of the jungle leading south-west. They are to bring back any of the people who stole the crawler alive, if possible. The tracks eventually lead to a small temple. Here they discover the remains of the crawler and its crew also some bloody remains at the top of the temple. If they enter the temple they find it leads down into a Tlachtli court and its players.
