| Three-sided Coin | | Author: Sham | | System: Star Trek [filter] | | Category: Science Fiction [filter] | | Type: Scenario [filter] | | Suitable as a once-off adventure, but also adaptable to almost any Star Trek (or other scifi) game.
It is 2155, and Earth's third warp 5 vessel, the Challenger NX-03, has just been launched to join Archer's Enterprise NX-01 and Hernandez's Columbia NX-02 in exploring the vastness of space for humanity. This immediately becomes an interesting voyage, as the Challenger makes first contact with not just one, but two alien races at the same time. Each group has its own agenda and its own capabilities, and the crew from Earth will have to complete their mission of exploration without having either alien faction take advantage of them. | | Views: (6480) [sort] | | Comments: (11) Rating: 3.9 [sort] | | 2005-07-26 15:06:33 [sort] |
| Into the Warrens | | Author: Jason Patterson (JP) | | System: War Hammer [filter] | | Category: Fantasy [filter] | | Type: Scenario [filter] | | This is intended to be a short "in between/one-shot" Warhammer FRP (old or new) scenario focusing on stopping someone from becoming a Ghoul, though with a slightly more Lovecraftian angle (pardon the pun).
The document itself is 75k, and a few pages long, but there really isn't that much to the scenario itself, its very freeform and may result in the PCs taking a pass on the whole thing, buts its the first scenario I've written and put up anywhere public. Maybe someone will find it useful! | | Views: (13610) [sort] | | Comments: (1) Rating: 10.0 [sort] | | 2005-04-29 14:57:40 [sort] |
| Big Machine | | Author: Darren White | | System: D&D Forgotten Realms [filter] | | Category: Fantasy [filter] | | Type: Scenario [filter] | | Big Machine is set in the Forgotten Realms Campaign, taking the player characters (PCs) to the scattered town of Winsor. Winsor is a small Damarean farming community situated well north of Heliogabalus (20 miles below the Eastern Galenas). The module involves the adventurers entering a gnome's secret lair for investigation purposes. The adventure was designed to be used by 4 characters that are of 3rd-5th levels. | | Views: (17005) [sort] | | Comments: (5) Rating: 6.0 [sort] | | 2005-04-15 12:08:16 [sort] |
| The Trouble at Mission-Part1 | | Author: Richard W Ramos | | System: AD&D 2nd Edition [filter] | | Category: Fantasy [filter] | | Type: Campaign [filter] | | This adventure is the start of a campaign that I am developing. It takes place on my own homebrewed world Lenthion. The adventure is meant for 3-6 Pc’s of level 1-2. A priest or Paladin is not required, but very helpful for the plot.
The Pc’s are heading to the town of Mission. The priest of the party is making a pilgrimage to the temple outside the town at the behest of his superiors. | | Views: (12656) [sort] | | Comments: (6) Rating: 5.2 [sort] | | 2005-04-14 10:28:38 [sort] |
| The Ring of Brodgar | | Author: Darren White | | System: D&D Forgotten Realms [filter] | | Category: Fantasy [filter] | | Type: Scenario [filter] | | The Ring of Brodgar is set in the Forgotten Realms Campaign, taking the PCs from a small halfling village, across the cold lands of Damara and into the Galena Mountains to a forgotten keep. The keep belonged to a once powerful group of dwarves that adventured across the Cold Lands several centuries ago. This adventure is a continuation of the Tomb of Maeshowe adventure, however it can be inserted into any scenario in which the PCs discover a map. The module was designed to be used by 4-6 characters that are of 2nd-4th levels. | | Views: (16726) [sort] | | Comments: (38) Rating: 8.6 [sort] | | 2005-02-14 11:30:32 [sort] |

| A Question of Religion | | Author: THE WEZ | | System: d20 Dungeons and Dragons [filter] | | Category: Fantasy [filter] | | Type: Scenario [filter] | | A Semberholme Elven patrol stumbles on the destroyed Wood Elven village of Yos which lies to the west of the large Elven settlement of Semberholme. The find was a scene of massive slaughter and bloodshed. The battle was headed by one young and brash Gonyuk Fiddletin Urps- the wayward Prince of the Thunder peaks Duergar and commander of a small secret army of young adventurous Duergar who snuck off from the clan Urps in search of Elven gold and jewels. The small army called themselves THE LEADEN LEGION. This army was fed on stories of immense Elven riches for the plundering. They were told these stories and led to the village by a charismatic new Knight from a distant Duergar Kingdom, who seemed to know his way around.
Gonyuk fell in the battle with the Wild Elves and the young band promised not to speak a word of this to anyone back home lest they be blamed for Gonyuks death and punished.
The pickings of the spartan Wood elves were slim but the Knight paid them from his own saved horde and so the remaining Duergar who survived the battle joined the foreign Knight in his castle with the growing ranks of his Abbathorian mini army.
But the new knight wasn’t happy. He was a Paladin of Tyranny and a Cavalier in Abbathors service. So he dispatched one of his many pet ravens to do some meddling . . | | Views: (23043) [sort] | | Comments: (21) Rating: 8.8 [sort] | | 2005-01-27 00:02:48 [sort] |
| Argonaut - Lost in Time | | Author: Nick Jenkins | | System: Traveller RPG [filter] | | Category: Science Fiction [filter] | | Type: Scenario [filter] | | 'Argonaut' is an adventure intended for the Traveller RPG rule set. The characters play star-farers from a technically backward 21st century Earth thrust into the modern Traveller universe. They must fight for their survival and then cope with the culture shock of being introduce into the alien world of Traveller.
The characters are crew on board on of Earth's first interstellar ships, the Argonaut. Launched in 2037 the Daedalus program is the human races first brave venture into colonisation of the universe.
Unfortunately for the crew things go terribly wrong... | | Views: (11499) [sort] | | Comments: (146) Rating: 2.5 [sort] | | 2004-12-15 01:43:02 [sort] |
