| Shades of the Blade | | Author: Daron Patton | | System: Star Frontiers [filter] | | Category: Science Fiction [filter] | | Type: Hook [filter] | | Koraffo stared at the Khad’dan buried deep in Ulkunk’s amorphous corpse. He
was the sole survivor now. Why hadn’t he simply refused to follow the human
female’s orders? Why didn’t matter any more. The Hir-Kal would be coming for
him next. Then it could rest again.
The Yazirian sighed then dropped his blaster belt and blaster to the deck.
Lasers would be no use against such a phantom. According to legend nothing
was. The hissing song of his Khad’dan being swiftly drawn from its sheathe
echoed down the silent passageway. If an ancient evil wanted his life, it
would have to pass through ancient steel to take it.

| Evil of the Dark Monastery | | Author: Joseph Tedesco | | System: AD&D 2nd Edition [filter] | | Category: Fantasy [filter] | | Type: Scenario [filter] | | In this adventure, the party is called upon by the council of a town that has suffered through a number of years of misfortune and natural disasters. Recently, unknown thieves robbed the town's treasury and fled in the night. The council informs the party that the thieves fled in the direction of an old monastery in the hills. They ask the party to venture to the monastery and find the town's gold. In the process of searching the monastery, the party can find that the monastery also contains the source of the town's bad luck.
(Author's note: Though written for AD&D Second Edition, the adventure is fairly generic, and should be easily adapted.) | | Views: (4204) [sort] | | Comments: (4) Rating: 6.0 [sort] | | 2007-01-05 12:31:48 [sort] |
| Slavers | | Author: Alan Laighleis | | System: War Hammer [filter] | | Category: Fantasy [filter] | | Type: Scenario [filter] | | PC’s are hired to rescue the hirer’s husband from the slaver vessel ‘The Dakeyras Darn’ . The adventure is set entirely aboard the ship. It can be set in any large seaport in the old World. I have used Marienburg. It is suitable for 4 to 6 PCs in their first or second career. Strategy and tactics are needed if the PC’s are to avoid capture or death.
