| Devil's Deception | | Author: Darren White | | System: d20 Dungeons and Dragons [filter] | | Category: Fantasy [filter] | | Type: Scenario [filter] | | The Devil’s Deception involves the PCs discovering a dilapidated tower deep in the wilds of an ancient forest. The tower belonged to a long dead evil wizard that brought a great horror into the world. This diabolical creature is imprisoned within and impatiently looking to be released.
This adventure makes an excellent diversion within a larger Dungeons & Dragons module or campaign. The Devil’s Deception takes place within a temperate wilderness setting, a wild that is not traveled often works best. The module was designed to be used by four 4th-characters. The Dungeon Master (DM) will need a copy of the Player's Handbook, the Dungeon Master's Guide, and the Monster Manual (items not within these text are fully explained complete with stat blocks if necessary).

It is a continuation from the Highmoon area adventure (Journey to Balabell) and part 2 in a Trilogy involving the sorceress Azargatha Nimune. | Aerendale | | Author: Darren Lawrence | | System: d20 Dungeons and Dragons [filter] | | Category: Fantasy [filter] | | Type: Scenario [filter] | | PCs have the opportunity to battle goblinoids disrupting a trade route, explore an old stronghold and small dungeon infested with kobolds and undead, and search for a missing ranger. | The Snow-haired Woman | | Author: Darren White | | System: AD&D 2nd Edition [filter] | | Category: Fantasy [filter] | | Type: Scenario [filter] | | This adventure is set in an AD&D 2nd Edition campaign and introduces a new creature to the world. It is based in an alpine region and is best used as an interesting side-trek. The module is based on a Conan The Barbarian comic book (#127) of the same name by Marvel Comics. Original writer J. M. DeMatteis deserves much of the credit as the inspiration as I merely converted it to fit my AD&D campaign. | | Views: (6271) [sort] | | Comments: (14) Rating: 5.8 [sort] | | 2004-02-28 21:50:16 [sort] |
| Journey to Balabell | | Author: Darren White | | System: D&D Forgotten Realms [filter] | | Category: Fantasy [filter] | | Type: Scenario [filter] | | This is a side-trek adventure that can be used to get the PCs from one place to the other instead of the boorish uneventful journeys. It takes place in the Forgotten Realms campaign beginning in the Town of Highmoon (Deepingdale) going to a small village in the foothills of the Thunder Peaks. It is the beginning of a series of adventures in that mountain range. AD&D 2nd edition guidelines are followed however this easily converts with little effort.
