| Der Hexenhammer | | Author: Mervyn Boyd | | System: Call of Cthulhu [filter] | | Category: Horror [filter] | | Type: Scenario [filter] | | For the last two years or so, the city of Little Rock has been beset with a number of reported disappearances. Nothing out of the ordinary there you might say. Every city has that problem. True, but many of these people have one thing in common. They are modern day witches, and all are being hunted by a Witch killer. | | Views: (7479) [sort] | | Comments: (4) Rating: 9.2 [sort] | | 2002-05-09 10:24:57 [sort] |
| The Thing from Jakarta | | Author: Mervyn Boyd | | System: Call of Cthulhu [filter] | | Category: Horror [filter] | | Type: Hook [filter] | | Although the scenario can be played as a stand alone, it is probably best if it is added to an ongoing campaign as a side-track event. It's essentially a no-brainer, so specialised characters are not required. Although a loose time frame is used, it can be modified or ignored by the keeper to make for a more enjoyable half hour of play. For full effect it should ideally be played by one player, but no more than three. It s suited for the modern age, though it can be modified for the 1920s or 1890s. The setting is Newark, New Jersey although this can be changed to suit the individual keeper. | | Views: (4596) [sort] | | Comments: (3) Rating: 8.7 [sort] | | 2002-11-27 14:10:11 [sort] |
